Making the Switch to HubSpot

I’ll admit that I’d had it with the Salesforce CRM. Rather than a tool that helped us run our business more efficiently and effectively, Salesforce was like glue that was holding us back from reaching our potential.

My salespeople hated it. My service team hated it. We had to force people to use it.

Our account manager at Salesforce was rude to our team when they needed help and only called and checked in when he had something to sell us. We had been a Salesforce customer for ten years and he treated us like we didn’t matter.

  6. Our salespeople love it, and more importantly, they USE IT!  And, without incessant prodding or threat of torture. When one of our veteran salespeople with over two decades of experience, went from saying “the Salesforce CRM sucks” to “I LOVE HubSpot because it actually helps me make more money,” we knew we had a winning solution.
  7. You can’t hide from HubSpot.  Reporting and dashboards are so simple.  My leadership can pull sales team productivity reports showing calls, tasks, emails, to-dos, meetings, and more with a couple of clicks.
  8. We were able to build the HubSpot CRM around our business rather than bending our business to the CRM.
  9. No 3rd party apps. Everything we needed was included in HubSpot which meant that we saved a ton of money dropping all of the plugins we’d had to purchase just to make Salesforce work.
  10. Customer service and tech support is amazing. HubSpot service is responsive, kind, patient, and they make us feel like VIPs whenever we call.
