KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing, retaining, and expanding key Sales Gravy University team accounts.
This is a full-time position in an on-site, office environment in Augusta, GA.

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing, retaining, and expanding key Sales Gravy University team accounts.

This is a full-time position in an on-site, office environment in Augusta, GA.
In This Role, You Will:
- Closely manage and develop relationships with a large Sales Gravy University Team Accounts portfolio to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal.
- On-board new team accounts and enroll learners.
- Monitor usage & learner engagement through various reporting.
- Perform quarterly & monthly account reviews with decision-makers and admins for each team account.
- Create custom learning plans for accounts and communicate relevant content to clients based on their needs.
- Conduct platform demonstrations of our Sales Gravy University Portal to potential and existing clients.
- Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers by phone, video calls, email, and an online chat platform to increase and expand sales of our products and services.
- Work as a team with our account executives, trainers, and consultants to advance opportunities through the entire buying journey.
- Become an expert at persuasively presenting and selling Sales Gravy's core services, e-learning offerings, and the training curriculum catalog.
- Monitor and provide customer support and assistance for all Sales Gravy University customers on chat, phone, email, and social media channels.
- Other responsibilities as needed
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years as an experienced and successful account manager with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
- Preferable to have a sales background as this role will require selling
- Self-discipline to work independently and effectively in an unstructured environment while being flexible with business needs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to converse easily, effectively, and with poise on the phone & video calls and through email & online chat
- Experience with CRM software
- Proficient with technology and great with time management
- Must be able to work well under pressure and proactively address situations
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- A robust work ethic and openness to feedback
Compensation & Benefits:
- This position is eligible for commission on completed sales and managed accounts that are renewed.
