As Sales Gravy’s Executive Assistant and Director of Operations, Mary coordinates private virtual training, oversees day to day operations, and provides assistance to CEO Jeb Blount and CFO Carrie Martinez. Mary is committed to maintaining Sales Gravy’s exceptional customer service standards and ensuring that our Master Trainers are prepared to deliver the highest quality learning experience possible.

She has a background in program development and management, as well as a Masters degree in Psychology from Washington College. Mary is also a dedicated military spouse and mother of four who has moved with her family from coast to coast.
