Ricky Grantham is an accomplished senior master trainer and Sales Gravy’s western region Director of Military Training Operations. He specializes in military recruiting enablement solutions including productivity, prospecting, engagement, and leadership.

He helps military recruiting leaders develop and sustain high-performing recruiting teams, fast.

Ricky has deep experience in leading organizations from eight to over 1800. He is an experienced Command Sergeant Major with a demonstrated history of leadership excellence, mentorship, and developing for organization-wide programs.

Before joining Sales Gravy, he was the senior enlisted advisor for the largest recruiting organization in the National Guard. Ricky holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Texas and is a graduate of the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy.
