Carrie Martinez serves as our respected COO and co-founder, guiding the executive team with strategic insight and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

A true jack-of-all-trades, Carrie thrives on juggling multiple responsibilities. Her leadership inspires our team to exceed expectations and consistently deliver exceptional results. She’s the glue that holds everything together, ensuring each customer receives an outstanding experience.

Carrie holds a Bachelor’s degree from Augusta University and a Master’s degree from Florida Gulf Coast University. She brings a well-rounded skill set shaped by her experience in the cable television industry, including her tenure at Charter Communications and Time Warner, as well as several years in the mental health field as a counselor.

Outside of work, Carrie enjoys playing golf, watercolor painting, and spending time on her farm, where she finds peace raising chickens.
